Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Blind Bag Items
Blind bag items are eligible for return under the same 30-day return policy, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions above.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Lavvimo@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the return eligibility conditions described above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Lavvimo@outlook.com.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39. For orders below $39, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Lavvimo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping carriers and customs authorities may occasionally experience delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
